Do I need society approval for an apartment install?
Yes — and we handle it for you. Our team prepares a technical compliance dossier, attends the resident meeting if needed, and obtains the NOC. It's included in the Home Pro plan at no extra cost.
How much electricity does an EV charger consume?
A typical 7.4 kW home wallbox running for 4 hours uses about 30 units. Most of our customers add ₹1,800–₹2,800 to their monthly bill, while saving 3–4× that amount versus petrol/diesel fuel.
Is the installation safe for old buildings?
Absolutely. Our engineers conduct a load study before quoting. If your existing wiring or meter capacity is insufficient, we recommend (and execute) the necessary upgrades — including DG-set isolation for older buildings.
What's covered in the warranty?
7 years on the charger unit (manufacturer-backed), 2 years on installation workmanship, and lifetime remote diagnostics through our NOC. Same-day onsite support for premium customers.
Can I integrate rooftop solar with my charger?
Yes — our smart wallboxes are solar-ready. They detect surplus rooftop generation and divert it to your EV automatically, letting you charge for effectively zero rupees on sunny days.
Do you offer revenue-share for commercial sites?
For high-traffic public locations (malls, highways, hospitals), we offer zero-capex deployment with 20–30% revenue share. Talk to our commercial team for a custom proposal.
